About us

Your main tasks

  • Technical and operational support for Humax repair-center and B2B customers (TV operators, broadcaster and Telcos) with our products (Settop box, Routers, IoT, etc.)
  • Technical support for our retail customers and contact-center
  • Spare Parts commercial processing with our B2B customers and repair center (Invoicing, pricing, etc.)
  • Implementing service requirments from our B2B customers
  • IT-Support for local employees



  • Higher education in electrical engineering
  • Excellent customers service skills to work efficiently with clients and vendors
  • Documentation skills and practical problem solving skills
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics especially TV, WiFi and mobile
  • Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
  • Job experience in a similiar field (not necessary)
  • Korean, German and English language skills (Korean mandatory)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
