Your to do's

  • Take HR ownership as a HR Business Partner by proactively cooperating closely with line managers on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with the senior HR leadership-team in aligning HR programs (e.g., recruiting, development, rewards, etc.) to enable business objectives and performance for client groups
  • Attract, empower, motivate and develop employees to achieve the goals and in developing new leaders
  • Extract and analyze HR business data to support strategic and tactical decision making, to assist in long-term business planning, evaluating effectiveness of different human capital initiatives
  • Demonstrate a senior knowledge of HR trough actively supporting, coaching and counseling Managers and employees in all HR matters
  • Develop analyses for the complete workforce e.g. demographic profiles, turnover ratios, recruitment data, in order to facilitate strategic decisions for the human capital
  • Integrate and advise on human capital planning
  • Partnering with business units to understand business needs and objectives and providing required HR support for policy and program implementation
  • Consult business leaders on human resources plans whilst integrating into strategic planning processes
  • Apply structured change management know-how and methodology for employees concerning change caused by projects and change efforts
  • Providing human capital subject matter expertise to functional areas and regions
  • Establishing and maintaining human capital planning’s, controls and standards and monitoring dashboards as well as analytical and forecasting frameworks and tools
  • Effectively managing labor/union relations activities


Your profile

  • Successful degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other studies
  • Several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist in a dynamic and international environment
  • Understanding key human capital principles and concepts - advanced knowledge of German labor law
  • Sound knowledge in operational HR topics and labor law in Germany
  • Independent as well as success- and result-oriented way of working and a clear "hands on" mentality
  • Diplomacy as well as a sensitive understanding for people and their situations and needs paired with communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and with enthusiasm, communication and persuasion, initiative
  • Ability to use discretion and empathy as well as to be highly assertive
  • Agile mindset and passion to drive change
  • Fluent in German and English, every other language is a plus
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the broader view; demonstrates an understanding of the long-term, “big picture” view of needs and opportunities
